Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BMI Pathway app ("the app") published by Rezumab LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), which also applies.

Not medical advice

BMI Pathway is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified health provider. BMI is a general screening measure and does not by itself determine health. Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for everyone, including people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, living with diabetes or a history of disordered eating, or taking medication that affects blood sugar. Always consult a clinician before making decisions about your health or beginning a fasting or weight-management program. You use the app at your own risk.

Your content and buddy sharing

You are responsible for the information you enter and for any summary you choose to share with a buddy. Only share with people you trust. You are responsible for how you use any information a buddy shares with you.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any calculation, projection, or estimate. Projections are estimates based on the data you enter and may not reflect actual results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezumab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Rezumab LLC and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
